We started having septic issues on 07/29/23. Our tank was full and seeping through the ground & we thought we may be on the verge of a backup..Daulton was the first call I made based off a Google suggestion. He promptly sent me multiple contacts & suggested I reach out to them for an Emergency pumping situation (this was on a Sunday afternoon)..come to find out a week following being pumped out that we had some major issues that needed to be addressed…

We ended up hiring Grover Septic & Excavation to help us reestablish a functioning waste management system. What started as a fairly easy project quickly became very complex.

Daulton ended up having to install a whole new septic tank, drain field, a riser tank/pump, and abort the old system completely ~ all while playing battleship with the sprinkler/electrical lines. Lol not too difficult, right?

Not only were his prices the best, but once I saw how talented he was with his backhoe, I knew we had made the right decision. A few sprinkler lines were hit in the process of excavating, which Daulton promptly offered to fix himself which I thought was very honorable.

Septic issues are never ideal or fun for anyone in the household but it sure is nice to have someone on your side when disaster strikes.

Side note: he was also willing to help me move some heavy metal in my yard that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to move.

Will be coming back to Grover Excavation for all my Excavation/septic needs.

We had been having problems with an old septic for awhile. It became apparent that it was failing. We were out of state. I checked Google for some contractors and had one recommendation for another. Called a few.

To be clear, I don't know anything about septic systems! Grover Excavation answered my call gave me information I needed and stopped by the house to better assist me with a plan, while I was out of the area.

He helped with permitting and planning to dodge through a million obstacles. He was able to save us from having to put a new tank in. He replaced the drain feild quickly got with inspector and had the work completed in two days.

Daulton has a great family business and went above and beyond to help us get it back working quickly. We highly recommend and look forward to working with him on future Excavation.

A side note one of the contractors who had "looked at it" called me almost two weeks after the first conversation asked if I still needed a bid... glad I didn't wait and went with this company.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Grover excavation!! I recently had our family dog pass and I was unable to dig a hole by hand due to the rocky nature of our ground. Grover excavation came to our rescue with their mini excavator and in a matter of minutes I was able to lay my dog to rest. Not only were they kind enough to come out on a weekend to help me with my dog while they were here I was able to talk to them about my septic system and what options I had on replacing it due to its age. Thank you again Grover excavation I will absolutely be referring you to anybody I know that needs excavation or septic work done. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Grover Excavation is a God-send to me and my wife when we were looking for a company to do our septic system for our new construction in Rigby, Idaho--super friendly, professional and honest human being...very transparent about costs and he even went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and get more guidance on the installation because he felt the "required" amount of filtration units for my system was not correct--he went out of his way to save us money is the bottom line. He always came on time, did a fantastic job and got the pitch and level of the lot back to exactly where my wife wanted it, etc. I planning to use him again for some additional builds we are going to be doing in Rigby soon. I can 100% recommend him.
